Spend some time tending to your plant babies. Talk to them, care for them, feed and water them, and just take a little time to marvel at the fact that you’re growing actual living things with a little dirt, sunlight, and water. For me, a huge part of slowing down and really appreciating a simple lifestyle is rooted in gardens and houseplants.
